Return Policy

Purchases may be returned for store credit only - no refunds.

Holiday returns: Orders placed during the holiday period have a return policy extended through January 15th.

How to Return / Exchange

To return or exchange an item, you must contact the store by email within 7 days of receiving the shipment to authorize a return --email SHOP@ICONICFASHIONLOUNGE.COM subject: RETURN to receive quickest response.   Purchases made online may also be returned in the store with original receipt present.
