* Store credit issued IN store must be redeemed IN store and cannot be redeemed on the website.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Following credit card authorization and confirmation, orders will be shipped out within one business day, not including holidays and weekends. We ship via UPS within the United States.  Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your product and your shipping address. Shipping options include:
•    UPS Ground
•    UPS Next Day Air

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

All shipping addresses should to be verified before submitting your order. If any shipping information is incorrect, you may incur a $15 fee for re-directing your shipment to the correct address. Please contact us immediately to report any errors to avoid this fee.

Damage claims

If you receive a box that appears damaged you must refuse the shipment and email order information and damage claim to SHOP@ICONICFASHIONLOUNGE.COM.  Any shipment accepted may not be returned at a later time if claimed to be damaged.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. If an item ordered is not available at the web posted price, you will be notified of the correct price before shipment is made.

Product Availability

We carry a very extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of vendor shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items featured on our site at all times. If an item is not in stock at the time your order is processed, you will be advised of the back-order via email. Back ordered items will be automatically shipped once available.
